PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Users' personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

The legal basis for the processing of personal data, for the purposes referred to in the previous section in point 1 is art. 6.1.b) of the Regulations as the processing is necessary for the provision of services or for the response to the requests of the interested party.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data, for the purposes referred to in the previous section in point 2 is art. 6.1.a) of the Regulation as the treatments are based on consent. The latter is optional and is free to revoke it at any time without any consequence (except for the fact that it will no longer receive marketing communications and / or profiling activities will no longer be carried out). The consents previously granted can be revoked by following the instructions in paragraph 8 of this document.
For the treatments carried out for the purpose of sending direct advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communications in relation to the Controller's products or services similar to those used by the user, Cerved may use e-mail addresses pursuant to and within the limits permitted by art. 130, paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) and by the provision of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data of 19 June 2008 even in the absence of explicit consent. The legal basis for data processing for this purpose is art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. f) of the Regulations. It remains without prejudice to the possibility of opposing this treatment at any time, initially or on the occasion of subsequent communications, easily and free of charge, also by writing to the addresses indicated in the “Contacts" section of this information, as well as obtaining an immediate response confirming the interruption of this treatment (Article 15 of the Regulation).
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed in order to check the correct functioning of the services offered.
Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of Fashion Business Solutions SRL, the private messages sent by users to the profiles / pages on social media (where this possibility is foreseen), as well as the compilation and forwarding of forms present, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in communications.
Cookies and other tracking systems
Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used.
Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites.
